Our Process

Step One
We start with a full evaluation to find out exactly what's causing your symptoms, not just where they show up.

Step Two
We treat the root cause, not just the symptom. Your individualized plan is built around your specific goals, whether that's running pain-free, lifting heavier, or just picking up your kid without worrying about your back giving out.

Step Three
You'll return to running, lifting, or whatever pain was taking from you, equipped with a plan to keep it that way. Some stay on for ongoing care. Others come back only if something else flares up.
You know your body
You know when something isn't right
Maybe you've tried rest. Maybe you've tried stretching. Maybe you've been told to "just stop doing that."
Stop Settling for Generic Healthcare
At Bend Movement, we help active adults understand what's going on, build a clear plan, and get back to doing what they love.

Dry Needling

Maintenance Care
After completing your plan of care, we’re here to support you with as much—or as little—ongoing care as you need to keep moving well. Everyone’s journey is unique, and we’re ready to meet you wherever you are.

Lori’s Story
How Bend Movement Changed My Life
I have been working with Ben for 6 weeks to strengthen my shoulder. It needs a total replacement and Ben is helping to strengthen before the inevitable. His knowledge has exceeded my expectations and his advice has made a noticeable improvement in strength and mobility. I would highly recommend Ben.
Brian Pearson
I went to Ben after years of struggling with persistent neck pain, which originated from my time playing football in high school and a year in college. Ben created a personalized plan that included home exercises and dry needling therapy, both of which have made a significant difference. While I’m still working toward being 100%, I’ve seen tremendous improvements in both my mobility and pain levels since starting treatment with him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone looking for an exceptional physical therapist.
Stephen See
Working with Ben was a fantastic experience. He helped me work through challenges I was facing during my marathon training and ultimately helped me ensure I was in great shape come race day.
Ben is flexible, friendly and I always felt like my treatment and care were a priority.
Evan Monroe
I came to Bend Movement with chronic low back pain that had been plaguing me for over a year. Ben diagnosed the root cause and worked with me on strength and mobility exercises targeted to solving the problem. I feel much better and am back to enjoying the activities I love. Working with Ben is not like traditional PT - I love the one on one attention, listening and education that I get during my sessions. Thanks Bend Movement!
